QUALITY POLICY

The Management of Touchless ID, S.L., a company specialized in contactless biometric identification solutions, expresses its commitment to quality and continuous improvement, and establishes this Quality Policy as the foundation for the development and enhancement of its management system.

The objective of this Policy is to define and establish the principles that guide the organization’s actions in terms of quality and serve as a framework for setting quality objectives, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction.

1. PURPOSE

Touchless ID considers quality to be a fundamental pillar in ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with applicable requirements. To achieve this, the company has implemented a Quality Management System, based on process management, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement, ensuring the necessary resources for its proper implementation.

The Management of Touchless ID is committed to continuously improving the Quality Management System through periodic reviews, objectives, and improvement actions that strengthen a culture of quality across the organization.

2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Through this Policy, Touchless ID assumes and promotes the following general principles, which guide all its activities:

  • Promote process management and risk-based thinking to achieve the intended results in line with this policy and the strategic direction, while preventing undesired outcomes.
  • Actively respond to the needs and expectations of stakeholders, with a particular focus on maximizing the satisfaction of users and customers who rely on our services.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable requirements, including legal and regulatory obligations, as well as any other commitments the organization may undertake.
  • Provide the necessary resources to support the effective implementation and development of the system.
  • Conduct periodic quality reviews to ensure the effectiveness of the management system, taking action when necessary to address deviations and ensure the achievement of intended results.

This Quality Policy was approved on 30th of May, 2025, by the Management of Touchless ID.
